For California Walnuts, we designed and fabricated a custom exhibit that balanced bold branding with functional layout. Bright, recognizable colors drew attendees in, while custom shelving, sampling stations, and open gathering spaces encouraged meaningful interaction with the products.

Every element was designed with purpose, creating a seamless experience that showcased the brand’s personality while maximizing engagement on the show floor. From the initial 3D concepts to the finished installation, this project demonstrates how thoughtful design can transform a booth into an experience that attracts attention long after the event begins.

For the California Black Birth Equity Summit, we designed a stage that reflected the purpose and impact of the event. A custom branded backdrop, curated neutral lounge seating, and a matching architectural welcome display came together to create a cohesive, elevated experience that kept the focus on the speakers and conversations.

Across three different activations for Golden 1 Credit Union, we explored how the same brand identity could be expressed in completely different ways. From layered architectural arches with soft florals, to bold graphic color blocking, to an illuminated statement piece with integrated lighting, each backdrop was designed to create a fresh experience while staying true to the brand. Thoughtful design, strategic use of color, and custom fabrication transformed each installation into a unique, photo-worthy moment, proving that even within the same brand guidelines, every event can feel new.

At a Costco in San Jose, a Rémy Martin pop-up was designed to interrupt the fast pace of a high-traffic retail environment with an elevated, intentional brand moment. By customizing core rental pieces, including an Isla Shelf Wall in brand-forward colors, a 4x8 custom vinyl wrapped wall, and a branded Celeste Bar, the setup reflected the brand’s identity while keeping the product front and center. The result was a refined, approachable activation that created contrast within the warehouse setting, encouraging shoppers to pause and engage with the experience

The Women’s Foundation of California’s Annual Legislative Reception at the California Museum brought together community leaders, advocates, and change makers for a meaningful and mission-driven evening. At the heart of the event was a custom-designed stage backdrop that blended bold color blocking, sculptural shapes, and clean lines to reflect the organization’s strong visual identity. Thoughtfully designed to frame the speaker area and draw attention to key moments, the installation became a striking focal point that unified the space, elevated the program, and made the Foundation’s presence felt from every seat in the room.

A custom-fabricated backdrop was created for ByteDance to support their “Day 1” onboarding experience. Designed with the company’s vision in mind, the backdrop features brand-aligned colors, elevated signage for strong visual presence, and custom-sized card slots to ensure full functionality. Every detail was thoughtfully crafted to meet the client’s needs, resulting in an interactive and visually cohesive installation that welcomed new team members in a memorable way.

For Visit Newport Beach, we transformed their event vision into reality with thoughtfully curated décor and bespoke custom fabrication. The re-imagined Isla Shelf Walls made a stunning focal backdrop for UC Davis' 25th Global Affairs Celebration, custom painted to match the university’s colors and thoughtfully designed to double as a stylish station for guest favors.
