For Visit Newport Beach’s Education Immersion in Sacramento, we brought their vision to life through custom-fabricated setups and curated décor that reflected the spirit of the city through every season.

Welcome Station

Guests were greeted with a warm and inviting Welcome Station, where a custom welcome sign was beautifully displayed on one of our signature rental pieces. Travel-inspired décor set the tone, complemented by nautical elements and a customized buoy that echoed the coastal charm of Newport Beach. This initial touchpoint immediately immersed guests in the event theme and set the stage for what was to come.

Spring Station

To reflect the fresh and vibrant feel of spring in Newport Beach, we designed a Custom Nautical Photo Op that offered guests a playful and picturesque experience. A printed image of Newport Beach was mounted on a backdrop to visually anchor the space, bringing a strong sense of place to the setup. This was accompanied by a custom-fabricated, hand-painted boat in the brand’s colors and branded surfboards to enhance the coastal theme. Tropical florals were thoughtfully arranged throughout, adding pops of color and a lush, seasonal vibe. The station beautifully captured the lighthearted, breezy essence of spring by the sea.

Summer Station

The Summer Station was all about bright, tropical vibes. We brought in custom-fabricated palm trees painted in the brand’s colors and accented the space with lush florals to evoke a true island feel. Nautical elements, including surfboards and thematic props, were thoughtfully incorporated to maintain consistency with the overarching beach theme. The result was a vibrant, tropical oasis that radiated summer energy.

Fall Station

For Fall, we embraced Newport Beach’s love for tennis and golf. The station was transformed with patches of greenery and turf, while decorative golf and tennis elements grounded the display in the season’s local pastimes. Vintage rackets served as unique platters for macaroons, adding charm and whimsy. We also created a custom-sized merch wall to showcase the company’s products, complete with their logo for a personalized and branded touch.

Winter Station

With the playful theme “Tan Lines Over Ski Lines,” we brought winter in Newport Beach to life in a fun and unexpected way. A sleek setup featuring our Celeste Bar served seafood and cocktails, while shell vase filled with florals added a soft, beachy feel. To support the client’s seasonal campaign, we printed and mounted their winter visuals on custom-built boards, seamlessly integrating branding into the décor.

Holiday Station

Newport Beach holidays are known for their sparkle and coastal traditions. We transformed the space with backdrops from our winter collection, adorned with twinkle lights and neon accents to bring that festive glow. The tabletop featured holiday décor and florals, tying together warmth and celebration.

To close out the experience, the exit area was thoughtfully styled with our Isla Shelf Arch, used to display favor bags, and a coffee station that served as a cozy sail-off.

Every station was intentionally designed to reflect its season through the lens of Newport Beach’s unique character. From nautical spring touches to festive holiday flair, we loved collaborating with our client to create an immersive and memorable experience. The event was a visual journey through the seasons—one that guests won’t soon forget.
